About Low Tox Beauty House
Low Tox Beauty House began before there was a name, a label, or a product sitting on a shelf.
Hi, my name is Brooke and I'm the founder of Low Tox Beauty House.
It began with my own journey towards a lower tox way of living.
As I became more conscious of the products I was bringing into our home, the food we were eating, and even the appliances we were using in our kitchen, I started paying much closer attention to the ingredients in our skincare and personal care products too.
But finding products I truly loved — and that my skin loved too — wasn't always easy.
I wanted skincare that aligned with the way I was choosing to live: thoughtfully formulated products with carefully selected ingredients and without a long list of unnecessary additions. But just as importantly, I wanted products that actually made my skin feel good.
For a long time, I struggled to find skincare that didn't leave my skin feeling itchy, dry, stressed or stripped.
So I started looking deeper.
I spent countless hours researching ingredients, formulations and traditional approaches to skincare, learning how to create products that aligned with my low tox values while still feeling nourishing, balanced and luxurious to use.
And from that journey, Low Tox Beauty House was born.
Every product we create is something I use myself and have genuinely fallen in love with. I know exactly what goes into each formulation, why it's there, and I love the way these products feel on my skin.
The Low Tox Beauty House Difference
Low Tox Beauty House was created from a simple belief: the products we use on our skin every day should be made with ingredients chosen with care, intention and transparency.
Our own journey towards a lower tox home and lifestyle became even more important to us after welcoming our babies into our family. It made us question more of the everyday products we were using and inspired us to seek simpler alternatives.
Now, we want to make those alternatives easier for others to find.
Every Low Tox Beauty House product is handcrafted in small batches in Victoria using thoughtfully selected ingredients, including botanical oils, plant extracts and pure essential oils.
Each formulation is carefully considered, with every ingredient chosen for a purpose. We don't use synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, silicones or artificial colours. Instead, our focus is on creating thoughtfully formulated products that feel nourishing, beautiful and luxurious to use.
Our collection includes skincare, body care and natural perfumes for those looking to take a simpler, more intentional approach to the products they use every day — without giving up the feeling of luxury.
